Brunel Energy is currently recruiting for the following position in Nigeria:

Job Title: Completions and Well Interventions Supervisor

Principal Accountabilities:
• Implement goal zero objectives by enforcing the LSR and by executing the COMPANY HSE MS on site
• Manage and monitor compliance with relevant HSE procedures and regulatory requirements
• Actively promote and implement relevant Hazard and Effects Management tools, eg JSA or JHA, UAA, THINK, START
• Lead DROPS and implement the mandatory requirements
• Understand and implement the HSE Case
• Reinforce incident prevention through LFI, building staff HSE awareness
• Ensure timely reporting and investigation of incidents
• On-site management of well control requirements and emergency response
• On-site management of response in case of security incidents/boardings etc

Job Requirements:
• HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
• A minimum of 15 years experience in a rig supervisory function in completion and intervention activities
• A minimum of 10 years rig supervisory experience in deepwater operations
• Proven safety leadership and sound knowledge of wellsite HSE management systems
• Experience with simultaneous subsea and production operations in a deepwater production environment
• Experience with subsea well intervention equipment and procedures
• A sound knowledge of deepwater operations, subsea well control principles, equipment and techniques, subsea completions and subsea production equipment
• Proven sense of judgement and decision-making in complex critical situations (both operational and security related)
