CPC may drop petition against Jonathan - Akaas to head tribunal

Leaders of the Congress for Progressive Change will meet tomorrow in Abuja to consider withdrawing the party's petition against the election of President Goodluck Jonathan because of what top party officials called loss of confidence in the judiciary, Daily Trust learnt yesterday.

l suppose CPC lost confidence in the Judiciary, due to the way the case of suspended President of the court of Appeal, Justice Isa Ayo Salami was handled. His removal from office raise an eyebrow!
