Haulage/ Logistics Company currently recruiting the following positions:

Job Title: Transport Supervisor (Logistics & Admin)

Responsibility:
•   The overall responsible of this position is to manage and supervise all the aspects of transport function; from direct supervision of the drivers, their route sheet and schedule & the operations of the engineers.
•   This position will act as the ambassador of the company by liaising with clients & customers, handling enquires and bookings and supervising deliveries and ensuring optimal utilization of all vehicles.
•   The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that the daily operational and financial needs are met accurately and effectively.

Requirement:
•   Candidates applying for this position must be a graduate with at least 5 years experience in transport supervision; particularly in the logistics and haulage industry.
•   She must be able to think on feet and make quick, informed decisions.
•   He must possess exceptional customer focused skills, and should be comfortable at representing the business at meetings.
•   Excellent writing and oral communication skills is essential for this position.
•   Ability to communicate with drivers effectively will be an added advantage.
