Job Description
•   To provide stewardship of the engineering function within the location grouping and ensure the execution of engineering meets corporate objectives and business plans. 
•   Included within the Engineering function are all engineering and design activies and document and data management activities associated with project delivery, Improve and Consulting.
•   For engineering design systems define the requirements in sufficient detail to allow the Engineering Design systems group to develop.
•   Maintain and support location and project requirements.

Job Requirements
• Advanced personal presentation and communication styles and methods to establish credibility and communicate information and ideas effectively and appropriately
• Demonstrates the confidence and flexibility to accept, embrace and initiate change and work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
• Proven leadership in Engineering Management within the Project Delivery Environment
• Engineering degree
•15 years of experience in Engineering and Design
• Indepth experience in one of the main CSG's- Strong Minerals and Metals experience preferred
• Experience across multiple CSG's
• Strong HSE ethics
• Strong coordination skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Proven team player
• Proven experience in strategy development and implementation
