POSITION SUMMARY:
The position holder will provide technical support and leadership to Human Resources (HR) Team for functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS, and training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of supervisory experience, overseas field experience required; MS/MA in public health or related field and 7-9 years relevant experience with international development programs and includes 3-5 years of supervisory experience, overseas field experience required;  PhD/MD or equivalent degree and 5-7 years relevant experience with international development programs and includes 3-5 years of supervisory experience, overseas field experience required.
