Description:
•   With the Senior Technical Officer, the Technical Officer will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS, Anti-retroviral therapy (ART) treatment, and Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS, TB and integrated medical services of FHI Nigeria’s programs.
•   S/he will support capacity building to the health workers to implement quality services in these areas.

Education/Experience: 
•   BS/BA in public health or related field, and 5 - 7 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or family planning with international development programs. 
•   or MS/MA/MPH in public health or related field, and 3 - 5 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or family planning with international development programs. 
•   or PhD, MD or similar degree and 1 - 3 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or family planning with international development programs. 
•   Overseas field experience required.
