Essential Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) seeks to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent through a dynamic sales curriculum that promotes the specialized knowledge and skills inherent to GE's future sales leaders
- Leveraging GE's boundaryless selling environment, the Program offers a framework where Members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships
- Reaching beyond the simple selling of products and services, Program graduates master the ability to provide wing-to-wing solutions and add value for both GE and its customers
- CLP offers three to four six-month rotational assignments advanced sales training, business and leadership courses, mentoring and career planning during two years

Qualifications/Requirements:   
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 3 additional years experience in sales, marketing or customer support

Desired Characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) is preferred
- Outstanding academic achievements (Top 25% of class)
- Interest in sales
- Geographic flexibility and global mindset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to coordinate many tasks concurrently
