Primary Job Function: Under the supervision of Senior Facilities Officer or Section Chief, provides support to the Facilities Operations team by monitoring and managing the activities of the outsourced vendor in the areas of engineering, maintenance, appearance care and cleaning, events support, interior and exterior landscaping, moves additions and changes (MAC), parking administration, property administration, work control and administration, and coordination with tenant renovation and minor projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•   Act as the Facilities Management Division representative for Fund departments to ensure that customer requests, complaints and facilities related enquiries are met in a timely, efficient, integrated and uniform manner.
•   Oversees the provision of superior event support through accurate, timely set ups and close coordination with customer departments.
•   Reviews capital project design plans to assess maintainability and makes detailed recommendations on specifications to ensure consistency and long term operability.

Qualifications: Educational development, typically acquired by the completion of a relevant advanced university degree, supplemented by a minimum of four years of professional experience in Real Estate, Facilities, Hospitality or Design and Construction field, or equivalent; or a bachelor's degree, supplemented by a minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in Real Estate, Facilities, Hospitality or Design and Construction field, is required.
