Description:
•   The RLA assigns services employees to specific client engagement projects with the goal of effectively balancing resource utilization needs with targets, skills allocation, actual utilization and staffing needs.
•   Works with regional/country leaders to identify the type of technical and business resource needed, assembling teams that is qualified to perform the work and financially aligned with project budget and schedule plans. Is assigned regionally and is responsible for effective employee utilization on projects to maximize efficiencies of staffing and project delivery requirements regionally as well as globally.
•   Single point of contact for resources location, allocation, and admin/logistic follow-up of the assigned resources arrival on board of the project.
•   Coordinate with Admin, Mgt control and other RLA contacts.
•   Good knowledge of internal resources profiles, local subco profiles and Inter Subco profiles

Qualifications & Skills:
-         Ability to coordinate activity across other teams: Admin, visa, finance
-         Team Leader (Lead the RLA team, admin)
-         Ability to work with anticipation by building staffing plan
-         Autonomous, persistent, pro-active, team player
-         Good knowledge and experience of telecommunications
-         Language: fluent oral and written English
-         Aptitude to plan & organize
-         Good Negotiation skill with business awareness and customer understanding
-         Sens of escalation
-         Result oriented

Interface and reporting:
-         Interface with local project PMO's and GPM/PM
-         Interface with finance, Amdin, Local securities
-         Interface with SubcoManager and subcontractors companies
-         Reports to local DT Leader and to cluster RLA (dotted line)
