The international friendly tie between Nigeria and Ghana ended goalless, in London. Both team showed a good display of the ball, but failed to score at regulation time.

Although, Ghana played with more zeal and determination, haven qualified for next year's Nations cup. Nigeria played a normal game, with nothing at stake, having failed to qualify for the 2012 Africa Nations cup competition, which would be co-hosted by Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
