Position 1: Senior Datacomm Solutions & Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:
•Ensure project deployment achieve the time cost, and quality targets for  Networks Solutions, as defined by the Project Manager /Line Manager
•Ensure that project delivery on Network Solutions is above defined KPI's             
•Manage the implementation of optical network project for clients         
•Escalate any issues that may affect the delivery of Network Solutions projects to the Project Manager/ Line Manager             
•Supervise and report sub-contractor performance on 'Optical Network project delivery and quality of deployment.        .
•Drive and ensure the timely completion of projects assigned for implementation
•Link commissioning and acceptance tests of Microwave, NGSDH and DWDM optical equipment business decisions
•Identify and recommend appropriate tools and resources for monitoring and reporting solution performance   
•Provide weekly! Monthly and quarterly status reports on Optical network project performance to Identified stakeholders

Requirements: 
•Minimum of 4 years experience in a delivery driven communications network r environment, especially in networking & security technology with minimum of 2 years On-site experience and a minimum of CCNP/CCIP and CCSP or Juniper equivalent will be an added advantage.
•Grounded knowledge in IP/MPLS, L2 & L3 VPNs and QOS Technologies, IP Super netting and Troubleshooting and Firewalls Security structures. 
•Operations or planning background in Telecommunications with future focus  and rapidly changing technology environment •Knowledge and hands on experience on Internet Protocol, Data Network  equipment, transmission infrastructure and communications service delivery asset
•Bachelors Degree or HND in Computer Science or Engineering, Elect/Elect,           
ICT, Information Systems, Telecommunications or related discipline with a minimum qualification is 2.2 or equivalent.

Position 2: Customer Account Manager

Responsibilities:             
•Work with the company's clients to ensure that the clients' Qusiness needs met on time and in a satisfactory manner.
•Analyze the client's business operations and determining goals and the best way to meet them.                     
• Create budgets, forecasts and schedules to make sure that product(s) or project(s) are readily available.             
•Coordinate workflow between various related departments   
•Manage existing clients in a manner that grows the business       
•Work with the sales team to make sure advertising is doing its job and to organize, plan and develop sales plans                 
•Identify customer business need and proactively seek opportunities to sell Huawei products to existing/potential customers.       
•Ensure your performance meets and exceeds your customers' expectations.
• Aggressively and proactively provide a high level of customer support to all accounts.

Requirements:                 
•Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or related courses.
Relevant professional certification IS also preferred
• Masters degree (MBA) will be considered as added advantage. Must have minimum of 3 years relevant work experience Telecommunication industry will be an advantage
• Sales-oriented person is a plus

Position 3: SUN Mini – Computer Engineers

Requirements:
• 3 years Experience In a Computer-system Company is preferred and is of top-priority.
• Familiarity with IBM or HP mini-computer is preferred.
• Should be able to travel all around Nigeria and West Africa.
• Good Customer service orientation and has ability to work independently.
• Excellent knowledge and working experience on the following items is an asset
               
•SUN mini – computer and storage
• Solaris/SUN cluster/VXVM/SVM
•UNIX Operation System
•SAN principle

Responsibilities:
• Technical support of SUN/IBM/HP Mini-computer Products.
• Project implement of SUN/IBM/HP Mini-computer Products.

Position 4: Secretary

Responsibilities & Requirements:
• General office administration
• Provides secretarial support and to ensure that our cross culture team communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Arranges internal and external meetings, conferences including all logistics
•Producing reports, PowerPoint charts, meeting minutes, notes
• Documentation management, Information security management
•Assists in HR management of the department (recruit training assessment, etc) 
• Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) (Important criterion)
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
