Descriptions:
•   Responsible for the development and maintenance of pro-active loss prevention program designed to ensure a safe and secure environment for hotel guests and associates. 
•   Duties will include, but are not limited to, interviewing, selecting and training new associates, assigning duties and scheduling staff, monitoring staff activities and coaching staff performance.   
•   Responsibilities also will include patrolling the hotel property, assisting sick and injured guests and associates, initiating and monitoring investigations and compiling property loss correspondence.
•   Duties also will include implementing all Safety & Security Procedures as contained in Starwood Manuals, and liaising with all Security agencies and other organizations necessary for optimal performance in the position.

Education: A bachelor degree is required or its equivalent from either the Nigerian Military, Nigeria Police Force or State Security Service.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position in a corporate organization or previous service experience in the position of an Officer either in the Nigerian Military, Nigeria Police Force or the State Security Service.
