General Motors' tiny EN-V electric vehicle, designed originally for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo in collaboration with Segway and Shanghai Auto, has morphed into the Chevrolet EN-V concept, which will be launched in pilot programs in selected "megacities" around the world.
