AFTER a brief lull, the fuel subsidy controversy resurged yesterday, with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, advising the Federal Government to remove it immediately. His reason: it has not benefited the masses in any positive way.
