Requirement:
•   The ideal should be preferably be a Male,
•   Aged minimum of 40 years and must possess H.N.D or B. Sc. In Building, Civil Engineering or Estate Management and membership of Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
•   He must acquire a minimum of 10 years experience at top management level, in maintenance of properties, from reputable organizations.
•   The successful candidate should have a good knowledge in preparation of estimates or quantity surveying and should be conversant with relevant regulatory laws in operation within the industry.
•   In addition, the candidate should be articulate with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
