Job description:
•   The Back Office Agent is responsible for follow up all complaints and requests from customer received by email or coming from other department.
•   The Back Office Agent is also responsible for keeping customers updated by calling them back.
•   Problem solving and efficiency, will also be a key part of their role.
•   Good Communication Skills.

Required:
•   High School Diploma/GED
•   At least 1 year experience in Problem solving Skills
•   At least 1 year experience in Handling customer queries
•   At least 1 year experience in Tele Calling
•   English: Fluent

Preferred:
•   Bachelor's Degree
•   At least 2 years experience in Problem solving Skills
•   At least 2 years experience in Handling customer queries
•   At least 2 years experience in Tele Calling
