job Title: Plant Accountant
Location: Lagos

The Job:
•   Reporting to the Financial Accountant.
•   Preparation of monthly performance reports.
•   Preparation of variance analysis reports.
•   Assist in Budgetary control and preparation of annual budget.
•   Review relevant ledger/sub ledger accounts reconciliation.
•   Monthly stock reconciliation.
•   Preparation of input and output reconciliation report.
•   Assist in the preparation of the company's financial statement.
•   Liaising with internal and external Auditors.
•   Support operational functions in resolving accounting and control system problems as directed.
•   Performing period and accounting closing process.

Qualification:
•   B.Sc /HND in Accounting with minimum grade of 2.2 or lower credit.
•   ICAN membership and knowledge of IFRS are required.

Experience:
•   5 years professional experience in a manufacturing sector.
•   Experience in cost accounting.
•   Computer literacy with proficiency in MS office.
•   Age: not above 35 years.
