Good Day,

I am Barrister Francis Cheng Esq, an attorney at law. A deceased client of mine
that shares the same genealogical last name with you, died as a result of a
heart-related condition on March 12th 2007 leaving behind a deposit valued at
$17.5 million dollars. His Bank has issued me a notice to contact the next of
kin. My proposition to you is to seek your consent to present you to the Bank
as my client,s next of kin, since he left none behind. This will be executed
under a legitimate arrangement.

Best Regards,
Francis Cheng Esq.
