Job Title: Training Manager

The Job:
•   Will be responsible for both company's training function and third party consultancy training, using knowledge of the principles and methods of curriculum and training development, marketing and management.
•   Designing and developing training and development programmes based on the requirements of clients.
•   Marketing of training programmes to clients that will benefit from well structured training courses, workshop or seminars on continuous basis.
•   Work with clients Training Managers to facilitate training courses and programmes with the best experienced and practical application.
•   Identifying training and development needs within the company through job analyses, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business line managers and human resources department.
•   Conduct evaluation of the performance of instructors and the result of the training programmes, make recommendations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of every training programme.
•   Coordinate between internal efforts and external services in education in relation to training the staff of the company and of clients.
•   Analyse, summarize, compile and submit reports and results to management and to clients as may be necessary.
•   Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
•   Schedule training program as per training calendar and arranging the training programmes accordingly.

Qualification:
•   Applicants must have a good university degree in engineering or natural sciences including computer and mathematics.
•   6-8 years cognate experience in curriculum development, organizing and running training programmes with excellent understanding of e-learning techniques and where relevant being involved in the creation and or delivery or e-learning packages.
•   He/She must be articulate with excellent inter-personal skills.
