Position 1: Senior Manager/Manager,
Unit: Human Capital Service Group
Reference: UCC/001

Reporting to the Managing Partner, the ideal candidate would be responsible for leading the execution capability and initiatives of the Human Capital Service Group. This responsibility includes leading a team of competent consultants to engage the market purposefully with a suite of Human Capital consulting solutions.

Personality & Experience Profile:
•   Engaging personality and passionate about Human Resources
•   Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
•   Minimum of 10 to 12 years consulting and/or organisational experience
•   Industry experience in strategic human resource management and development
•   Human resource consulting experience in specialized sectors

Education:
•   A good degree with a minimum of second class upper division
•   A Masters in Human Resources or related specialty or an MBA
•   A relevant professional qualification in HR would be an added advantage

Renumeration:
Remuneration will be competitive and consistent with industry standards as well as requisite experience.


Position 2: Senior Manager/Manager
Unit: Financial Management Service Group
Reference: UCC/002

Reporting to the Managing Partner and Head of Practice, the ideal candidate would have the responsibility for leading execution of mandates in the Financial Management Service Group. This responsibility involves leading a team of consultants to deliver to clients from the suite of Financial Management solutions.

The Financial Management Service Line Offerings include:
•   Enterprise Risk Management
•   Corporate Performance Management (Management Information System design and implementation, Compliance Services, Management Performance Reviews)
•   Corporate Finance (Business Valuation, Strategic & Corporate financial advisory Services)
•   Financial Engineering

•   Product Design & Delivery
•   Business Development
•   People Development
•   Quality Assurance
•   High performance on all business value drivers including profitability

Personality & Experience Profile:
•   Strong analytical and numeric capabilities
•   Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
•   Minimum of 10 to 12 years consulting and/or industry experience
•   Background in Corporate Finance or Financial Control in a senior management capacity

Education:
•   A good degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division
•   An M.Sc in Finance or an MBA
•   A related professional qualification would be an added advantage
