A Fish Farm located in Abeokuta Ogun State needs the services of a motivated Farm Manager.

Job Title: Farm Manager

Role:

•   The Farm Manager will report to the Farm owner.
•   The primary role of this position is to plan, organize and manage all aspects of farm operations to meet the desired Company objectives.
•   Overseeing the design and construction of the farm
•   Supervise and management of staff
•   Planning strategies to maximise the farm output, farm administration and marketing.

Knowledge/Skills:

•   First degree/Masters in relevant subject (Aquaculture/Agric Economics).
•   Minimum of 2 years post qualification Experience
•   Excellent knowledge and experience of farm management (medium to large scale).
•   Excellent understanding of modern farming methods and high specification equipment and machinery.
•   Strong business and commercial acumen including financial skills.
•   Self-starter.
•   Good computer skills
•   Excellent planning and organising skills.
•   Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•   Highly motivated person with a can do attitude, with the ability to work under pressure.
