SENATE President, Senator David Mark and Enugu State Governor, Mr. Sullivan Chime have been selected by the Senate of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT, for conferment of honorary doctorate degrees in Public Administration at the university's 14th convocation holding at the Agbani permanent site on November 26.
