Crown the king of corruption

I am running this competition among readers of my column Clapperboard which appears every Friday in National Mirror and I will be awarding the best reply to this debate a private dinner with two famous Nollywood stars. My question is; which has the most nasty, crude and corrupt officers between the Police Force, Custom Agency and Power Holding Corporation of Nigeria.
