Job Purpose:
The job role is responsible for the production of cheque books and ATM cards distribution based on requests from customers through the branches.

Responsible for contributing to and continually improving an efficient and cost-effective process designed to position the bank towards excellent service to the its customers through an on-line integrated end to end MICR process  in compliance with the bank's policies and government regulations.

KRAs
•   Pre encoding of all corporate, small, bank cheques requests from branches
•   Correspondence with all branches on cheque requests issues
•   Correspondence with vendors on MICR machine maintenance/issues
•   Stapling/binding processing of  produced cheques
•   Cheque vault outs
•   Preservation and accountable for both working stock and vault stock
•   ATM card processing/distribution to branches.
•   Store orders

Required Competencies
•   A minimum of a B.Sc in the social sciences/numerical discipline.
•   Banking operations knowledge will be an added advantage.

Computer literacy
•   1 to 2 years working experience in banking operations
•   Working knowledge of MICR pre-encoding security features and general operations preferably in a banking environment
