NGOs, donor agencies threat to national security – Eyiboh

ABUJA- chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Civil Society and Donor Agencies, Mr. Eseme Eyiboh, Monday,  accused  some donor agencies and non-governmental organisations of deliberately trying to undermine national security and planning, warning that they should operate within the extant laws of the country or risk sanctions.
