(I) Qualifications

(a) Director (Administration) (CONTISS 15)

Candidates should possess a good honours degree from a recognised University in Marketing, Public
Relations, Public Administration or any other relevant degree in the Humanities or Social Sciences with at least eighteen (18) years cognate experience; or Masters degree in a relevant field with at least fifteen (15) years cognate experience.

(b) Deputy Registrar (CONTISS 14)

Candidates should possess a good honours degree preferably in the Humanities, Law, Social Sciences
or Management Sciences from a recognised University plus fifteen (15) years cognate experience, six
(6) years of which must have been spent in a tertiary institution. Registration with any of these
professional bodies (ICA, ANUPA, NIM, CIPM etc) is mandatory. In addition, Candidates should possess a good honours degree from a recognised University in Marketing, Public Relations, Public
Administration or any other relevant degree in the Humanities or Social Sciences with at least twelve
(12) years cognate experience; or Masters degree in a relevant field with at least nine (9) years
cognate experience.

(c) Principal Assistant Registrar (CONTISS 13)

Candidates should possess a good honours degree preferably in the Humanities, Law, Social Sciences
or Management Sciences from a recognised University plus twelve (12) years cognate experience, six
(6) years of which must have been spent in a tertiary institution. Registration with any of these
professional bodies (ICA, ANUPA, NIM, CIPM etc) is mandatory. Candidates should possess a good
honours degree from a recognised University in Marketing, Business Administration or any other
relevant degree in the Humanities or Social Sciences with at least twelve (12) years cognate
experience; or Masters degree in a relevant field with at least nine (9) years cognate experience.

(e) Principal Conf. Secretary I (CONTISS 11)

Candidates should possess a good University degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial
Studies from a recognised institution, plus nine (9) years post qualification experience and demonstrable ability for 120/50 words per minute speed in short hand/typing.

(f) Principal Conf. Secretary II (CONTISS 9)

Candidates should possess a good University degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial
Studies from a recognised institution, plus six (6) years post qualification experience and
demonstrable ability for 120/50 words per minute speed in short hand/typing.

(g) Head Driver/Transport Foreman (CONTISS 6)

Candidates should possess a good honours degree from a recognised University in Public Relations,
