(II) Qualifications

(a) Chief Guidance Counsellor Officer (CONTISS 13)

Candidates should possess a good honours degree in psychology with specialization in guidance and
counselling from a recognised institution, plus nine (9) years of post‐qualification experience and membership of a recognised professional body. Masters Degree with six years post qualification experience preferred.

(b) Senior Guidance Counsellor Officer (CONTISS 9)

Candidates should possess a good honours degree in psychology with specialization in guidance and counselling from a recognised institution, plus six (6) years of post‐qualification experience and membership of a recognised professional body or Masters Degree with five years post qualification experience preferred.

(c) Guidance Counsellor Officer I (CONTISS

Candidates should possess a good honours degree in psychology with specialization in guidance and
counselling from a recognised institution, plus three (3) years of post‐qualification experience and
membership of a recognised professional body or Masters Degree with post qualification experience.

(d) Guidance Counsellor Officer II (CONTISS 7)

Candidates should possess a good honours degree in psychology with specialization in guidance and
counselling from a recognised institution with post one year NYSC cognate experience or exemption and membership of a recognised professional body.

(e) Director Of Sports

Candidates should possess a good honours degree from a recognised institution with significant experience in sports administration.

(e) Coach I (CONTISS

Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Physical Education from a recognised University plus three (3) years post NYSC cognate experience or a Masters degree in Physical Education from a recognised University.

(f) Coach II (CONTISS 7)

Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Physical Education from a recognised University plus three (3) years post NYSC cognate experience.
