•   B.Sc/HND in Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science & Technology.
•   Related Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
•   Minimum of 6-8 years cognate working experience in production line, manufacturing, operation, specifically in cocoa processing factory.
•   Ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
•   Age: between 30-40 years.
•   Possession of minimum of intermediate level IT skills is mandatory.
