Description:

To operate, maintain and manage the yeast handling process according to approved standards and carry out yeast propagation according to the set procedure.

 

Requirements:

•   12 years schooling plus tertiary education Higher National Diploma in Microbiology of Food Science

•   Prior experience in Brewing (e.g. Team Leader)

•   Prior experience in QC Laboratory (Micro)

•   Understanding of yeast performance indicators
