Description: To lead a packaging operational team in order to meet production performance targets

 

Requirements:

• Tertiary      technical qualification, preferably National Diploma in Mechanical or      Electrical Engineering
• Familiarity      with computerized maintenance management systems (eg. COSWIN) Strong      leadership potential demonstrated
• Proven      leadership skills
• Good      communicator, with effective team-related skills
• Initiative      and self-managing Attention to detail
• Bias      for action
• Analytical      problem solver
• Deep      understanding of maintenance practices
• Good      understanding of the principles and practices of World Class Manufacturing
