Requirements:

•   Each RE will be a Senior Engineer with at least 10 years of professional engineering experience and at least six years experience as a Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer or equivalent on similar construction works, with at least 5 years on similar projects in developing countries, and at least two years experience with internationally financed building / civil engineering works projects.

•   A thorough understanding and experience with international "best practices", modern building construction technology and contractual arrangements used for the project is important.
