Job Description:

•   The Unified Communications Systems Engineer will participate in developing FVC business in the UC area byproviding the required support to resellers and customers.

•   This includes creating good rapport with them, developing their knowledge about FVC portfolio, and enhancing their capabilities to use and demonstrate FVC solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

•   Pre-sales and post-sales support to resellers and customers.

•   Conducting products demonstrations and Proof of concepts.

•   Conducting regular technical workshops for resellers andcustomers.

•   Preparing technical proposals and writing technicalspecifications.

•   Acquiring Technical certifications from relevant vendors.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   Extensive working knowledge of unified communications, IP telephony, and networking.

•   Videoconference experience will be a plus.

•   Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.

•   Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•   Reliable, efficient Team player and self motivated character.

•   Ready to travel abroad for short job assignments and trainings.

Minimum Qualifications:

•   Degree in Electronics / communications Engineering.

•   3 to 5 years relevant experience in Nigeria IT/telecoms industry.

•   Fluent in English language
