Job Details:   

•   Reporting to the Principal Manager, CRD your main responsibility will be to generate and interpret HR Consultancy Projects, gather, analyze and prepare position papers for the Institute.

•   You will source for and manage projects for the Institute.

Requirement:

•   A first degree in Arts, Social Science or relevant field; possession of an MBA will be an advantage

•   A minimum of 5 years in a reputable multicultural consultancy and research organization with full responsibility for consultancy & research activities.

•   Excellent skills in project management, interpersonal relations, communication (both written and verbal) and IT literacy are critical to success in the role.

•   Membership of a professional Institute will be an added advantage.
