Job Details:   

•   Reporting to the Registrar/CEO of the Institute, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic direction and leadership to the Consultancy and Research Business Unit.

•   In this capacity, you will enhance the Institutes ability to carry out quality training, research and consultancy aimed at improving business performance of end users.

Requirement:

•   A research oriented Masters degree in any relevant Social Science discipline; possession of a Ph.D will be an added advantage

•   A minimum of 7 years' proven research and consultancy experience from a reputable organization, with a minimum of 3 years managing a successful research team

•   Excellent skills in project management, interpersonal relations, communication (both written and verbal) and IT literacy are critical to success in the role

•   Membership of a Professional Institute
