Brain Testing Riddles

Hello guys, I will like you to see if you can guess the correct answer to this riddles below.
1.   I am always hungry and I must always be fed. The finger I touch or that touches me, Will never remain the same again. What am I?

2.   I give you a group of three. One is sitting down, and will never get up. The second eats as much as is given to him, yet is always hungry. The third goes away and never returns.

3.   Until I am measured, I am not known. Yet how you miss me when I have flown.
