THE JOB: –    Work in partnership with line managers on all human resources matters. –    Provide advisory services to employees in assigned business unit. –    Work closely with other HR functions as it relates to assigned business units. –    Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with statutory and company requirements. –    Help to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives in assigned units.

QUALIFICATION:  –    BSc/BA with at least a second class upper class of degree. –    5 O' level credits including Mathematics & English Language

THE PERSON: –    Excellent verbal and written communication skills –    Excellent organisational and administrative skills –    Excellent IT skills –    Team orientated and Results focused

EXPERIENCE: –    Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. –    Generalist HR experience within an HR environment. –    Key experience of working with and advising line managers
