Job Summary:

Maintain, repair and optimize machines and associated devices to ensure machine availability and product quality at minimum cost whilst maintaining standards

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Maintain a safe and healthy working environment

•   Provide specialist technical support and enhance machine system and process capabilities

•   Maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices

•   Optimise production performance

Qualifications and Skills:

•   Trade test certificate and/or OND in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial engineering)

•   Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field at a leadership position, preferably in a brewery or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) environment

Key Competencies and Attributes:

•   Systemic problem-solver

•   Great attention to detail

•   Good understanding of modern maintenance practices (e.g. lazer alignments, vibration analysis etc)
