Job Description:

•   This role is for an on-site customer interfacing Solution Architect for a market leading Communication Services Provider in Nigeria.

•   The successful applicant is expected to lead the technical engagement functions with respect to CRM and Billing.

The main purpose of the position is to:

•   Assure that the solution designed is aligned to the Clients business requirements and the internal product roadmaps.  

•   Lead the System Requirements Specification phase and if necessary lead a team of assigned technical managers and business analysts to qualify, drive and manage the assigned engagements.

•   Present a strong architectural and technical competence and understanding on CSP's network infrastructure and IT systems

•   Demonstrate a strong experience and knowledge of Web Strategies and Technologies and have an in-depth understanding of integration approaches and technologies including SOA

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   A technical degree qualification is a key requirement for this role

•   Knowledge of TMForum eTOM and Data Models (SID)

•   Previous experience in the Telecoms Industry together with excellent technical knowledge of telecom concept, processes and solutions including rating and charging, balance management, billing, subscriber and services provisioning/activation, CRM and self-care, interconnect, order management and product catalog

•   Working with multi-cultural and diversified teams

•   Strong presentation, communication skills and negotiation skills

•   Ability to use data and logic to successfully defend a professional viewpoint

•   Ability to write technical requirement specifications from commercial requirement and capability to understand requirement and detailed design documents from development teams
