Brief Description of Duties:

•   Oversee the full operation of a large workshop including, maintenance, repair, overhauling, trouble shooting and records keeping of Caterpillar, Volvo and general earthmoving equipment.

•   Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workshop personnel and tasks.

•   Reports to the Plant Manager and follow-up orders of spare parts and ensures maximum utilization of plant machinery.

Requirements:

•   Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

•   7 -10 years experience in same specialization within the construction industry.

•   Strong personality and ability to lead, control and co-ordinate workshop activities on managerial and technical levels.
