Duties / Responsibilities and Experience:

•   Must be versatile in ticket refund, rerouting, cancelling and revalidation issues, have extensive knowledge of the travel industry and airline experience in same department will be an added advantage, you will lead a team of claims handlers and make sure they deal with travel insurance claims efficiently.

•   You will be responsible to interface with airlines, passengers and travel insurance product suppliers for reimbursement while working to maintain our policy of 30 minutes claim processing mandate.

•   At least 5 years in relevant field.
