Duties / Responsibilities and Experience:

•   Responsible for trouble shooting, ensure that no client is ever lost on your watch.

•   Excellent written and verbal skills, awareness of current laws and legislation, well experienced in travel/tour operations, ensure that any and all complaints are dealt with efficiently and promptly to the satisfaction of all involved.  

•   Ability to train and supervise junior staff member.

•   At least 5 years experience in customer care in a company and must be aware of monthly targets figures and roles in meeting them.

Remuneration: Highly competitive but tied to experience and value proposition.
