Job Title: Head, Customer Support

Requirement:

•   Minimum of B.Sc/HND Second Class (Lower).

•   Keeping our customers is keeping our business.

•   Your chief job is trouble shooting, ensuring that no client is ever lost on your watch.

•   Our ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and writing English.

•   Well experienced in travel/tour operations, be aware of current laws and legislations.

•   Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that any and all complains are dealt with promptly and efficiently to the satisfaction of all involved.

•   To seek this position, you must be aware of monthly target figures and your roles in meeting them.

•   Be able to train and supervise junior staff members.

•   You must have a minimum of 5 years customer care experience in a company of repute to apply.
