Job Title: Ticket & Insurance Claims Manager

Requirement:

•   Minimum of B.Sc/HND Second Class (Lower).

•   Must be very versatile in ticket refund, rerouting, canceling and revalidation issues.

•   Must have extensive knowledge of the travel industry and some airline experience in same department will be of advantage.

•   You will also lead a team of claims handlers and make sure that they deal with travel insurance claims efficiently.

•   You will directly interface with airlines, passengers and travel insurance product suppliers for reimbursement while working to maintain our policy of 30 minutes claim processing mandate.

•   You must have extensive claims resolution experience.

•   A minimum of 5 years cognate experience required.
