WindowBlinds is a software utility that allows you to completely change the look and feel of Microsoft Windows. It works by applying new visual styles, also called skins, across the entire user interface (i.e. start menu, window frames, title bars, menus, buttons, taskbar and scroll bars) of the operating system.

With this program you can change the style of title bars, buttons, checkboxes, toolbars, and more. Sound effects can be configured for various window actions, such as pressing buttons. The system icon can be placed on title bars. Buttons can be placed on the title bar that launch specific programs.

WindowBlinds comes with 12 "skins", each with a unique look, and you can download additional skins from the author's Web site. You can also create your own skins.
