Description:

•   Reporting to the Group Finance Director the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for providing excellent financial leadership and business support for the company's operations in Nigeria.

•   A key component of this will be to work closely with bank partners, as well as the Group Finance team on finance accounting and control strategy, and policy implementation.

Key Requirements:

•   A good first degree in Accounting or any Finance-related disciplines from a reputable institution. Relevant professional qualification(s) i.e. ACA, ACCA, CFA.

•   A minimum of fifteen (15) years' relevant experience within an exploration and Production Company as well as a top accounting firm.

•   Strong finance, accounting, tax, treasury and control skills. Deep IFRS and statutory reporting experience, as well as experience negotiating and executing debt and equity transactions.
