•   Responsible for process integrity, quality assurance of group operations

•   Harmonize various manufacturing process within the group for better performance

•   Focus on implementing production efficiency through the Balance Score Card

•   A good first degree in Engineering or related field, second degree is an added advantage

•   Minimum5 years business process management experience at senior management level
