•   Achieving Branch overall profitability target

•   Actively growing the Affluent segment of WM and SME SD

•   Staff training and development as well as motivation and team spirit

•   Customer satisfaction and service quality per established standards

•   Business referrals to other business units

•   Maintaining excellent customer experience and therefore loyalty

Qualifications & Skills

•   A university Degree in any discipline

•   A good sales & aggresive person
