ABUJA - Determined to tackle problem of inadequate potable water supply in the state, the Ebonyi State Governor, Chief Martin Elechi weekend said his administration will spend about N36 billion to complete the Ofrekpe and Ukawu Water Schemes, for the benefit of the state.
