Salami: NJC seeks transfer of case to Industrial Court

The controversy trailing the suspension of the President of the Court of Appeal, PCA, Justice Isa Ayo Salami from office is far from over, as the National Judicial Council, NJC, yesterday, maintained that only the National Industrial Court, NIC, has the jurisdiction to order his re-instatement.
