Bi-courtney blasts Amosu over Lagos-Ibadan expressway

As the Federal Government plans to review the concessions for some roads in the country, the Bi-Courtney Highways Services Limited, BCHSL, which is the concessionaire for the rebuilding the Lagos- Ibadan Express way, has accused Governor Ibikunle Amosun of allegedly constituting himself as ''the cog in the wheel of progress,'' on the speedy completion of the highway.
